Zambia Tonga Basket (5)
- These baskets are made from the ilala palm (mapokwe in Tonga). Traditionally the baskets were (and still are) used for carrying maize or sorghum from the fields and then winnowing the grain.

Zimbabwe Binga Baskets (2)
- The remote Binga district is home to the severely disadvantaged BaTonga people. Women weavers use wild grasses and palm leaves dyed with tree bark to weave intricately patterned baskets. The basket would normally be used for winnowing maize.
